Similar to the other Blue Star cameras; a QP style HIT camera, with a Mycro-like shutter lever. However the viewfinder and top plate is very different to any other Hit type camera. The fitting on the top right of the camera is not a compass, resembling the fitting seen on some Midget cameras.
The name plate, and the case are marked 'Star'. The top plate is engraved 'Blue Star'. This is also a heavier camera than normal for a Hit type camera.
