The Camera Lite II evolved from earlier versions made popular in the 1953 movie "Roman Holiday" starring Audrey Hepburn. The Camera Lite II, released in 1955, was an improved version of the Camera Lite. It has the same fixed-focus meniscus achromatic 17mm f8.0 lens but added B to the I (1/50) shutter speed selected by a switch next to the lens. Also seen in a gold tone finish.
The box in the photograph above is for an Echo 8 and the film slitter is also marked Echo 8.
