Comment frame counter winder has a sliding shutter. Winder is marked "Made in Occupied Japan" and stamped into the leatherette below the frame counter window. The top plate "Tone PAT." and the Toko logo. dual viewfinders, direct and waist level.

The frame for the spool clips onto the camera and so will not drop out when the back is opened.
